Adam Bar, New York Life Agent, Fitness Professional, and Author are just a few of the titles held by this extraordinary individual. Bar was however not born and raised in the financial business, his roots of selflessness and determination stem from his upbringing in Israel and his new found adventures, struggles, and redemption in America starting in 1997. In terms of fitness accomplishments, Bar won Mr. Israel in 1997 and Mr. Iron Gladiator California in 2007.
